Welcome Home! This 2 story brick home has 6 bedrooms and 2 baths with a renovated kitchen, and separate dining/living area. Large bedrooms and long term residents on very quiet cul-de-sac. The house backs up to Washington Park and the Beltline path will eventually run right next door. Washington Park has an Olympic-sized pool, tennis courts, and you can walk through the park to Ashby train station. Professionally managed with excellent maintenance response. Request minimum stay of 6 months.
