Your new home awaits! This charming Seminole Heights home is waiting for you, renovated as of May 2025. New flooring was installed throughout the entire first level and tiered landscaping adorns the front porch. The kitchen was totally renovated with new countertops and cabinets as well as appliances. There is a common laundry room right off the kitchen. Ample on site and street parking; for those who don't drive, there is a bus stop on N. Nebraska Avenue not far from the property. The neighborhood is residential and quiet, with a nearby river and park. Come and enjoy all Tampa has to offer!
