Couples are welcome; however, the rental rate will need ot be adjusted to account for the anticipated rise in utility consumption. The accommodation is an ADU situated adjacent to the main residence, featuring a private entrance to ensure tenant comfort and security. The neighborhood offers a peaceful and serene environment. The living area has been thoughtfully designed for functional use, offering sufficient space for relaxation and daily routines. A private master bathroom, complete with essential fixtures, is conveniently located within the ADU. The unit is equipped with a ceiling fan and heating for climate regulation, as well as high-speed internet access and Wi-Fi connectivity. Additional amenities include designated storage space for personal belongings and a kitchenette fully equipped with pots, pans, an air fryer, coffee maker, rice cooker, and blender. Allowed pets: YES Service animals: In accordance with the Fair Housing Act, Service animals and Emotional support animals are not considered pets and are exempt from pet-related fees and restrictions Service animals are considered medical equipment and do not require proof just to let us know : 1.
