The kitchen comes equipped with a fridge, sink, oven, stovetop, as well as upgraded appliances. Dishware, cups, mugs, cutlery, knives, pots & pans, coffee maker, toaster, etc. are provided. Just bring your appetite and some good recipes. The neighborhood is close to public transit, which means you won’t be far from all Jacksonville has to offer. The house is only two miles north of NAS and less than 10 miles south of downtown Jacksonville. Winn Dixie, Target, Dunkin' Donuts, restaurants are all within 2 miles. Quiet neighborhood.
