This home has plenty of parking spaces and is walking distance (2 blocks) from almost everything you need for comfortable daily living. The neighborhood is quiet and conveniently close to Frys grocery store, fast food, shopping centers, busses and close to the I-17 highway. Professionally managed, monthly cleaning of the common areas, bathrooms and landscaping upkeep. Bed linens are not provided so please bring your own. Only one occupant allowed per room.
