*NEWLY UPDATED!* Spacious and newly-renovated, this is the perfect place to call home. The kitchen comes equipped with a fridge, sink, oven, and microwave, and plenty of storage. Extra fridge/ freezer located in laundry so all tenants have plenty of space to store their food. All doors have smart locks with personalized codes for easy, secure access. Neighborhood is close to grocery stores, public transportation, and Grand Canyon University. The laundry room has two washers and two dryers for efficiency and every room has its own workspace.
