Your new Co-Living Space awaits! Our recently-renovated Montgomery home has a room waiting for you to call your own. This PadSplit has a Backyard and Dining area, and it’s comfortable and quiet. We provide all our Guests a few Gifts to say “Welcome” … Your own bed set of pillows, sheets, a blanket, and a few more surprises. Our desire is you can rest from the first moment you call our House your next Home. The Kitchen comes equipped with a Fridge, Sink, Oven, Stovetop, Microwave all of which are recently Upgraded Appliances. You have PadMate dedicated spaces (Pantry, Fridge, & Freezer) just for your usage. The Laundry Room just off the Kitchen includes recently upgraded Washer & Dryer and a convenient Laundry Sorting / Folding Station. You’re just under 1 mile from a Walmart and also near by are a Walgreens, McDonalds, Olive Garden, TJ Maxx, Office Depot, Highway Access, and more! This Host Home also includes Security Cameras in Common Spaces.
