What should I know about signing a minimum commitment at PadSplit?

All PadSplits require a minimum commitment period. To review your commitment, visit the "Finances" section of your dashboard. 

Flexibility Upgrade: Your baseline commitment with PadSplit is 12 weeks by default. However you can pay a one-time fee of $175 at the time of booking to immediately begin a week-to-week commitment, and you can transfer to a different PadSplit property anytime within the 12 weeks. There is never a penalty to transfer to a different PadSplit property. 

You can pay weekly or biweekly and choose the day you pay your days. We require a credit or debit card on file. PadSplit offers one free transfer. You can begin a transfer request on your Member Dashboard.

• If you choose the default 12 week commitment, you will pay the lowest possible weekly rate. We call this the “baseline rate”.
  • If you break your 12 week commitment by moving out early, you will automatically be charged 2 weeks of dues to the card you have on file, however you can transfer anytime with no penalty charge.
  • Once you complete your 12-week commitment, you will automatically move to a week-to-week commitment. 
• If you choose to pay for a flexibility upgrade, you will immediately begin a week-to-week commitment and can move out at any time with no penalty
