Hosts can enable the “coming soon” feature for a property when they begin the listing process. Properties that are “coming soon” are shown on the property map to prospective and current Members. Members can choose to sign up to receive notifications when that property lists. When the property is listed, all Members who signed up will receive an email prompting them to check out your new great PadSplit property.
Note: Homes that are in the “coming soon” status for over three months without listing will no longer show on the map.
