PadSplit Member Referral Program

PadSplit offers two different member referral programs:

1. Active Member Referral Program: This program is available to:
   1. Members who are actively living at a PadSplit property and refer someone on or after May 6, 2025.
   2. Members whose PadSplit membership is approved after June 24, 2025, and who refer someone on or after that date.
      
      
2. Legacy Member Referral Program – This is for non-active or non-approved members, including Hosts and Affiliates, or any member who referred someone before May 6, 2025.

Please identify the program that is relevant to you, considering your referral activity and account status.

ACTIVE MEMBER REFERRAL PROGRAM

1. How The Program Works

To participate in the PadSplit Active Member Referral Program, you agree to the following terms and conditions. 

The program is open to active PadSplit members — those currently residing at a PadSplit property while creating the referral link —, and approved PadSplit members — those who have their PadSplit membership approved — who share their personal referral link with friends or acquaintances (referred to as “Referrers”). The individuals who receive a referral link will be known as “Friends.”

Only referrals made on or after May 6, 2025 are included in this program. Referrals made before that date follow the terms and conditions in the second program, “Legacy Member Referral Program”.

If the referral meets the requirements in Section 3 below, the Referrer may be eligible for a referral reward. Referrers can start earning today by visiting the referral website at https://www.padsplit.com/member/settings/referrals and sharing their custom PadSplit referral link!

2. Rewards and Offers

PadSplit offers a reward of $250 for successful referrals. This is subject to change and approval.

3. Issuing of Rewards and Offers

Referral rewards are only paid in PadSplit credits that will be issued directly to the Referrer’s PadSplit account balance. 

To be eligible for a referral incentive, a referral must meet the following requirements:

• The Friend must use the Referrer's personal referral link to create an account with PadSplit.
• The Friend must move-in into a PadSplit property and stay for at least 14 days.
• The Friend must complete their booking and move into their new PadSplit within 90 days of clicking the referral link for the Referrer to be eligible for the referral bonus.
• The referral is tracked using a cookie associated with the Friend’s device. Referral tracking uses browser cookies. Friends should not switch devices, clear cookies, or change browsers during signup. Referrers and Friends consent to cookie tracking for the purposes of this agreement. If the Friend does any of these actions, they must start the process from the beginning using the Referrer’s personal link.
• PadSplit cannot provide referral bonuses for unverified referrals.
• Self-referrals in any manner or format will not be eligible for a referral reward. This includes creating a secondary email address or using an alias
• Referrer and friend may never share an occupancy or have otherwise linked accounts. Any occupants sharing a room are ineligible for this promotion. PadSplit reserves the right to claw back a referral fee issued without disclosure of a multi-occupancy.

4. Privacy

All personal information collected and processed as part of this Referral Program will be used in accordance with PadSplit’s Privacy Policy, which is available here.

5. General 

5.1. These Referral Terms are published by PadSplit (“we”’, “us” and “our”). Our Referral Program, as displayed on our Website and these Terms form a binding agreement for both Referring Users (“Referrer”) and people who receive their referral invitation (“Friend”).

5.2. This Referral Program permits Referrers to invite their contacts to participate in our Active Member Referral Program.

5.3. Referrers may only invite personal friends, family members, acquaintances, and professional contacts to this Referral Program. Referrers must never invite or refer people who are unknown to them.

6. Completed Referrals and Limit

6.1 A Referrer can earn up to a maximum of $2,500 in referral bonuses

6.2. A Completed Referral is when a Referrer refers this Program to one of its contacts. Subsequently, that contact will either sign-up, make a purchase or complete whatever action is determined as a referral above - which is not canceled or disputed in accordance with Subsection 3. 

6.2. There is no limit to how many referrals you can make to your network, but you can only earn a reward for a maximum of 10 referrals. 

6.3. All Friends must be new and first-time Users. Existing Users cannot participate in and benefit from the Active Member Referral Program.

6.4. The Referrer represents that all personal information is 100% correct and up to date. We may monitor the use of the Referral Program or request the Referrer ID to verify their identity before issuing rewards. 

7. Restrictions

7.1. This Program cannot be combined with other PadSplit’s referral programs, discounts, vouchers, benefits or incentives. By participating in this Active Member Referral Program, we may restrict Referrers from any other promotion, program, discount, or vouchers.

7.2. Moreover, your participation in the Active Member Referral Program must not violate the applicable law, including but not limited to anti-Spam legislation or other marketing and electronic communication regulations. 

7.3. Referrers must not publish their referral code on any sites or platforms that house any Adult Content, Alcohol, Tobacco, Gambling, Games and Online Casinos, Political Content, and any form of illegal activities. 

7.4. Any accounts, either Referrer or Friends, suspected to be fraudulent or created using information linked in any way to a previously banned or terminated account shall be immediately ineligible to participate in any way in this program.8. Term and Termination

7.5. This program begins May 6, 2025. PadSplit may amend or end the program at any time.  All eligible referrals must be made within 30 days of the announced termination date of the Program. 

9. Exclusive Relationship

9.1. Referrers understand and agree that they shall not imply or give the impression they are affiliated with the PadSplit brand in any way. This Program is a referral program for consumers and in no way creates an affiliate relationship between PadSplit, Referrers, and/or Friends.

10. Privacy and Information

10.1. When referring other people, Referrers have the duty to inform Friends about the terms and conditions of this Referrer Program. 

11. Amendments

11.1. PadSplit may amend the terms and conditions of our Active Member Referral Program at any time and without notice. PadSplit may offer and/or restrict additional incentives, benefits, and programs. As a result, additional terms may apply. Referrers agree that they are aware of those amended and additional terms.

12. Violations and Termination

12.1. In case we suspect any violations of these terms or otherwise tampering with, fraud or unreasonable use of our Active Member Referral Program, we may in our sole discretion cancel the distribution of any discount, benefit or payout. 

12.2. No current or former employees or contractors of PadSplit are eligible for this Program.

12.3. Referrers must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, and refrain from violating any third-party rights. These rights include any copyright, trademark or other proprietary rights.

13. Disclaimer and Indemnification

13.1. We offer our PadSplit Active Member Referral Program and its benefits only on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We may remove, change and update the Referral Program in our sole discretion. We will never make any promises or guarantees about the content and information of our Referral Program. We disclaim our responsibility for any information that is incorrect or has errors. 

13.2. You will defend, indemnify and hold PadSplit harmless from and against all claims, damages, liabilities, losses, expenses and costs (including reasonable attorneys fees) arising out of the Referrer participation in the PadSplit Active Member Referral Program.

14. No Correspondence, Disputes And Refunds

14..1 With regards to the distribution of discounts, vouchers, incentives, prizes, awards or other benefits, no correspondence will be entered into. Moreover, we shall never respond to any complaint or accept any dispute about the PadSplit Active Member Referral Program, and the abovementioned benefits. are provided “as is” and we never refund or exchange such benefits. 

15. Applicable Law

15.1. The laws of Delaware or Georgia shall apply to any claim that may arise out of these terms.

16. Partner Referrals Communities

16.1. PadSplit may partner with various organizations to generate referrals. In the event that both an individual and a partner organization refer the same new user, PadSplit reserves the right to determine which party will receive compensation for the referral. This compensation may be split between parties or entirely allocated to one party. This decision will be made at the sole discretion of PadSplit and is final.

 

LEGACY MEMBER REFERRAL PROGRAM

1. Eligibility

To participate in the Legacy Member Referral Program, you must agree to the following terms and conditions. 

The program is open to non-active members -PadSplit members that don’t live at a PadSplit property-, including Hosts and Affiliates, or any member who referred someone before May 6, 2025, who shares their personal referral link with friends or acquaintances ("Referrers"). The referred person ("Friend") must be a new user who has never previously registered for a PadSplit account.

Referrals made on or after May 6, 2025 from active members follow the terms and conditions in the first program, “Active Member Referral Program”

2. Referral Process

2.1 The Friend must use the Referrer's personal referral link to create an account with PadSplit.

2.2 The referral is tracked using a cookie associated with the Friend’s device. Therefore, the Friend should not switch devices, clear browsing history, change browsers, or lose the cookie for any reason during the account creation process. If the Friend does any of these actions, they must start the process from the beginning using the Referrer’s personal link.

2.3 PadSplit cannot provide referral bonuses for unverified referrals.

 

3. Referral Bonus

3.1 A Referrer can earn up to a maximum of $500 in referral bonuses per calendar year.

3.2 The Friend must complete their booking and move into their new PadSplit within 90 days of clicking the referral link for the Referrer to be eligible for the referral bonus.

 

4. Program Modifications and Termination

4.1 PadSplit reserves the right to change the terms of the referral program at any time. This includes, but is not limited to, changes in the amount of the referral bonus, the method of payment, third-party partnerships, and the cancellation of the referral program.

4.2 PadSplit is not obligated to provide prior notice of these changes to any Referrer or Friend.

 

5. Non-Affiliate Program

5.1 This Referral Program is not an affiliate program. It is intended solely for the personal use of PadSplit members to refer new users.

5.2 Any misuse of the referral program, including but not limited to creating fake accounts, will result in the blocking of the Referrer from the program and forfeiture of any earned referral bonuses.

 

6. General Terms

6.1 PadSplit may, at its sole discretion, disqualify any Referrer or Friend from participating in the referral program if they are found to be in violation of these terms and conditions.

6.2 All decisions made by PadSplit regarding the referral program are final and binding.
