This PadSplit home has room to relax, and offers newly built walkways and bike lanes. The kitchen comes equipped with a fridge, sink, oven, stovetop, as well as garbage disposal. The neighbourhood is near highways, which means you won’t be far from all San Marcos has to offer. Hospitals and Student healthcare are within 2 miles of the house. Five minute walk to the River. Ten minute walk to the Activity Center and Library or downtown and grocery shopping.
