The kitchen comes equipped with a fridge, sink, oven, stovetop, as well as basic cookware, making it the perfect spot to whip up a meal or two. The neighbourhood is close to public transit, and you won’t be far from all Houston has to offer. Common areas: Only the back patio is shared. All other areas like living room, kitchen and bathroom are private. Parking: Street parking is available. There is no dedicated spot. But we always have space available. Extra guest: We allow one extra guest only. For an extra guest, there is a nominal $50 fee per week.
