Welcome to Laura Bella #2! This newly built upstairs duplex unit offers a living experience designed for both community and convenience, built with coliving in mind. Each bedroom provides privacy and comfort with its own bathroom and comes fully furnished with a queen-size bed and a 42" Smart TV. The communal kitchen is fully stocked and includes modern small appliances like a toaster, 2 fridges, and pots/pans, and each room has color-coordinated silverware/dishes. We have a living room to hang out and get to know your housemates. We include blankets and blackout curtains, gated assigned parking, and secure keypad entries in each room. At Laura Bella, you'll find more than just a living space—a community designed for comfort and connection. The property is not staged for pics. What you see is what you get. ONE THING TO NOTE: We tried soundproofing for noise, but we are close to a main street. There is some traffic noise, so this might not be a good fit if you are a light sleeper.
