Enjoy living in a beautiful House. This newly-renovated home is decorated with modern touches while providing the basic necessities. All that’s missing is you! Rooms are medium to large and will com equipped with a nice foam full size mattress, nightstand, and desk to do work! Rooms also have full sized closets. If you like sitting outside this is the perfect property for you. It has a nice covered front porch, a covered concrete patio in the back, AND a large deck opening up to the fenced in backyard. The kitchen is equipped with a brand new stainless steel fridge, sink, oven, stovetop, as well as upgraded appliances. It’s the perfect spot for you to cook at home and save money. Laundry room has brand new washer and dryer that are free for our residents to use. Garage will be open for our residents to store additional belongings! The surrounding location is near highways and not too far from bus stop, making it the perfect place to call home, plus close to downtown and plaza/westpor

This room not only has a reach in closet but another cut out perfect for folding clothes or even shoes, or even putting a TV in to watch from bed. Nice purple full size foam mattress with nighstand, desk, and chair. Plus ceiling fan as well. Blackout shades to be installed

This bedroom is quite large and additionally has the most closet space with two closets and built in drawers for close, there are even more drawers directly outside this room in the hallway. This room sits off the back of the house so a bit more private yet just down the hall from the main bathroom
