We've got π professional cleaning service every month π on-site security cameras π smart locks on every door π lawn care every 3 weeks π quarterly pest control treatments, with additional visits as needed π a dedicated property manager to promptly handle maintenance requests π And, a welcome kit to help you have a smoother move-in! It has a fully furnished kitchen and each tenant is provided with an π additional secured storage cabinet, conveniently located right by the dining area. There's a π second fridge in the basement, along with a washer, dryer, and an iron/ironing boardβall available for use absolutely free. Lastly, if you find yourself needing more storage space, we have a limited number of storage units (6'x4') in the basement, ready for rent.
