We've got ๐ professional cleaning service every month ๐ on-site security cameras ๐ smart locks on every door ๐ lawn care every 3 weeks ๐ quarterly pest control treatments, with additional visits as needed ๐ a dedicated property manager to promptly handle maintenance requests ๐ And, a welcome kit to help you have a smoother move-in! It has a fully furnished kitchen and each tenant is provided with an ๐ additional secured storage cabinet, conveniently located right by the dining area. There's a ๐ second fridge in the basement, along with a washer, dryer, and an iron/ironing boardโall available for use absolutely free. Lastly, if you find yourself needing more storage space, we have a limited number of storage units (6'x4') in the basement, ready for rent.

Room 6 has the largest room. The room comes with a desk and chair, a dresser and a reach-in closet. Each room comes with a secured cabinet by the dining area. This room shares a bathroom with just one other tenant.

Room 5 comes with a full private bath, a reach-in closet, a workspace, and a large dresser. Each room comes with an extra cabinet storage secured with a lock by the dining room.
