Your new home awaits! This modern Atlanta home is waiting for you. This PadSplit has a Backyard and it’s cozy and modern. The kitchen comes equipped with a fridge, sink, oven, stovetop, as well as more than 1 fridge. The neighborhood is close to public transportation which means you won’t be far from all Atlanta has to offer. WHILE MEMBERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR CLEANING THE HOME WE PROVIDE CLEANING SERVICES TWICE PER MONTH OF ALL COMMON AREAS. WE ALSO PROVIDE QUARTERLY PEST CONTROL SERVICE. Cameras are located on the exterior and in all common areas for security and safety of Members.
