Each bedroom is equipped with a smart TV, desk, and a personal mini-fridge. The kitchen includes new stainless steel appliances: two full-size fridges, a sink, oven, and stovetop, making it the perfect spot to enjoy a meal. There are also two brand-new washer/dryer sets, a new AC unit, and 1GB internet. Bi-weekly house cleaning is included. The neighborhood is near grocery stores and shopping centers, and you won’t be far from all that Midtown Phoenix has to offer.
