We’ve built payment extensions and catchup programs into our financial system. We also work with a third party that offers micro-loans that members may decide to pursue.

They monitor financials across all PadSplit properties, receive inbound calls, and also reach out to members proactively to check-in. The team goes the extra mile to ensure that members understand their bills and works with them to stay current.
