I live local and prior Police Officer. I like to show up to my units randomly and make sure everyone is following rules. I prefer transparent communication with my members. I EXPECT a very clean house and will remove people quickly who don't respect house rules or others. I have cleaners and maintenance service done regularly. I like to have a FULLY furnished with extra amenities for you to feel comfortable like it's your own home. I like smaller houses with less problems, less noise etc.
