Member Referrals for Hosts

This referral program is for active PadSplit Hosts—those who own or operate at least one active PadSplit property at the time a referral is made. If you're referring another Host, please see the Host Referral Program Terms.

1. Overview

Active Hosts can earn rewards by referring potential PadSplit Members using their personal referral link.

2. Reward Structure

If the referred Member (“Friend”) moves into a room at your property (as their first move-in):

• The booking fee for that Member will be waived. Additional terms may apply.
• If the Member stays fewer than 10 days, you'll be paid for the days stayed, minus the discount.
• If your property doesn’t have a booking fee, you’ll receive $250 instead.
• Payment goes to: the payout owner listed as the host payout of the property.

If the Friend moves into a room at a different PadSplit property (as their first move-in):

• You’ll receive a $250 referral credit.
• Payment goes to: the Host who made the referral (e.g., a co-host using their link).

If referral bank information isn’t provided within 6 months, PadSplit may retain the reward. Hosts may receive up to 50 rewards for referrals to non-owned/non-operated properties.

3. Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a reward:

• The Friend must sign up using your personal referral link.
• The Friend must move into a PadSplit property within 90 days of clicking the link.
• If the move-in is to a property you don’t own or operate, the Friend must stay for at least 14 consecutive days.
• Referral tracking uses browser cookies. Clearing cookies, switching browsers, or devices may void tracking.
• Only one referral bonus is allowed per Friend.
• Self-referrals are prohibited, including use of an alias or second email.
• Referrer and Friend may not share a room or otherwise be linked through shared occupancy.

PadSplit reserves the right to verify referrals and reclaim rewards issued in violation of these terms.

Additional Notes

• Referral links must be used before a member pays for their PadSplit membership for it to be valid.
• Rewards may be subject to tax reporting.
• By joining this program, you won’t be able to participate in any other affiliate programs focused on referring members.
• No PadSplit employees or contractors are permitted to use this program.
• PadSplit reserves the right to change the terms of the referral program at any time. This includes, but is not limited to, changes in the amount of the referral bonus, the method of payment, third-party partnerships, and the cancellation of the referral program.

PadSplit may modify or discontinue this program at any time.
