Your new home awaits! This newly-renovated Auburn home is exactly what you have been looking for. This PadSplit has a shared workspace, updated kitchen and eating area, as well as a private backyard with large deck seating area. We have added a lot of extras to make it a comfortable place to come home to! The kitchen comes equipped with a fridge, sink, oven, stovetop, as well as basic cookware. Close to grocery stores and other shopping. Public transit is right next to the house for added convenience!

Description
This is a private suite that encompasses the entire upstairs of the home. It is the only room we allow 2 occupants in. **$60 per week fee added for 2nd occupant.
