Welcome home! Our brand new home, well maintained, and super clean PadSplit in San Antonio, close to downtown, is waiting for you to move in. The house sits on a quiet street and is close to Alamodome, Riverwalk, and all downtown amenities and attractions. Inside, you'll find roomy, and well-furnished bedrooms, each with a new queen bed and a new 10" memory foam mattress, plenty of clothing storage, and a new desk and chair. The brand new kitchen is clean and bright and comes equipped with a large stainless steel refrigerator, microwave, oven, range, dishwasher, coffee maker, and plenty of cabinet space. You'll enjoy high speed internet provided by Spectrum for all your WiFi needs. The laundry room has a new washer and dryer as well. Everything you need with a great location too!
