Located about 25 minutes drive from downtown, it’s a simple and steady place to settle in and enjoy your own space. Room is located upstairs with a shared bathroom in a three bedroom home duplex. There will be 2 housemates. Bathroom will only be shared with one housemate Utilities (water and electric) and internet included with monthly price No pets, No smoking/vaping/drug use allowed.
