The neighborhood is just off of highway 242 and minutes from I45. This allows for easy access to Conroe, Spring, The Woodlands & Houston! It is also near 1314 which allows quick access to Porter and New Caney. This area is up-and-coming with tons of new restaurants and just minutes away from HEB and multiple hospitals.
