The kitchen comes equipped with a fridge, sink, dishwasher, oven, stovetop, and microwave, as well as basic cookware. The neighbourhood is quiet, which means you won’t be far from all Arlington has to offer. The house is on a corner and is directly across the street from Randol Mill Park which has walking paths, ball fields, a kids' playscape and a city swimming pool. One block away is a US Post Office, and within a mile are four churches: Methodist, Catholic and two non-denominational churches. The house also has easy access to I-30 from the east or the west.
