This PadSplit is within a gated community that includes a local pool, garage parking, spacious rooms and a private bathroom. There are several parks nearby, plus great shopping and dining and just minutes away from Hwy 215/15 freeways. In addition to these great amenities are some nearby entertainment like casinos, movie theater, trails etc. Enjoy a shared fully-equipped open area kitchen, marble countertops, all working appliances including a fridge, oven, stop and a walk in pantry, plus dishwasher. **Please note i do have a friendly and very playful dog on the premises, she is a puppy, that is primarily kept in the backyard.
