Your new home awaits! This modern North Las Vegas home is waiting for you. This PadSplit has a Backyard and Movie Room, and it’s newly-renovated and spacious. The kitchen comes equipped with a fridge, sink, oven, stovetop, as well as garbage disposal. Cutlery, bowls, plates, cookware, and more are provided. Monthly cleanings of only the common areas are included as well as weekly spa cleaning. Enjoy a movie room and games with your roommates. We do have interior cameras in the common spaces (kitchen, dining room, hallway, and game room) for everyone's safety. The neighbourhood is quiet and has parking for trucks.
