Furnished room near DC's red line metro stop

This allows us to, for example, reject a male prospective tenant if it might cause an existing female tenant to feel uncomfortable. (Something not possible at most padplits.) Anyway, we hope the quality of housemates might be little higher here than the average pad split. About the room, there's a video and pictures. The temperature can be anything between 60F and 80F. It's quiet. All bedding including pillows not just cases were laundered or the linens are new. Mattress was sterilized using ozone tech. 4K TV has prepaid subs to most apps you've heard of including Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, ESPN+, Disney+, Paramount+, and Showtime. The house itself has many shared areas. The kitchen dishes are sterilized using National Sanitation Foundation Protocol #184. The main rule of the house is to put your dishes directly into the dishwasher instead of having them ever set in the sink. Another rule is that there's no smoking, vaping, or consumption of marijuana allowed near the property.
