The main level features two fully-furnished bedrooms with a shared bathroom, while the lower level (two steps) offers a fully-furnished bedroom with a dedicated bathroom perfect for guests or added privacy. Every bedroom includes its own window A/C unit, with an additional unit in the main living area for year-round comfort.
