Come on in! This beautiful Smyrna home is waiting for you. This PadSplit has a bohemian living room, comfortable sun room, and large backyard with a spacious deck. The bathroom and kitchen are newly-renovated and the rooms are very comfortable. The kitchen comes equipped with a fridge, oven, stovetop, microwave oven, air fryer, blender, sink and garbage disposal, as well as basic cookware. The neighborhood is near the Silver Comet Trail, a popular running and biking trail, and multiple grocery stores and restaurants. It's located 20 minutes from the airport and 15 minutes from most Atlanta attractions: midtown, downtown, Buckhead, etc.
