Move into a comfortable house today! Homey and cozy, this is the perfect place to call home. This is a quiet neighborhood. The house has a deck and patio overlooking a large yard, Utoy Creek, and a large natural area full of deer and wildlife. The kitchen comes equipped with a 2 large fridges, sink, oven, stovetop, as well as basic cookware, making it the perfect spot to whip up a meal or two. There is an additional kitchenette and lounge area in the basement. The neighborhood is near highways, and you won’t be far from all East Point has to offer. The home features the highest speed fiber internet available. Each room has a smart TV. There is a plenty of off street parking.
