Brand new not been lived in! Bus stop just a short walk (0.3 mi) away and MARTA is 3.5 miles away. Beautifully renovated house with spacious rooms and 4 large bathrooms and 2 kitchens. Lots of natural lighting! There are 2 levels but no stairs required to enter either level. The 1st level has 1 master with its own bathroom and 6 additional rooms sharing 2 full baths. The 1st level shares a large kitchen with a dining table. The lower level has 3 bedrooms with 1 full bath and a large common area space and kitchen. Plenty of off street parking for all! The outside area is super private with the cutest patio space. Every room is set up with a Queen size bed, desk and chair, and your own individual coffee maker! Please bring your own bedding and pillows.
