Move into a newly-renovated House today! Spacious and comfortable, this is the perfect place to call home. There are 4 bedrooms that are large and spacious, and 1 3/4 bathrooms. One bathroom (the full) has a new toilet, the other (the 3/4) is furnished with a new urinal (no toilet). They both have new sinks, one has a shower/tub, and the other has a spacious stand up shower. One thing that makes this space special, is that all the bedrooms are very spacious, have windows on at least 2 sides of the room, each with a bedside table with lamp, separate desk, rolling desk chair, small refrigerator, and a wall mounted television. The kitchen comes equipped with a fridge, sink, oven, stovetop, dishwasher, as well as a garbage disposal, making it the perfect spot to whip up a meal or two. There is a very large backyard with a table and chairs. The loop-style driveway offers parking for up to 3 cars without blocking any car in. The neighborhood is quiet, and you won’t be far from all St. Petersburg has to offer.

This is the largest bedroom in the property. It sits at the NW corner of the house, and is very spacious. It has a desk with chair, dresser, wall mounted TV, mini fridge, bedside table with lamp, and windows on the N and W side.

Bedroom 1 has a built in closet, desk and chair, small dresser with drawers, wall mounted TV, mini refrigerator, desk lamp and end table. It also has a motor-style bed that can be angled up. S and W facing windows.

Room 3 is in the back of the house, and has 3 windows - one each on the S, E, and N sides. It has a desk, desk chair, bedside table with small lamp, wall mounted TV, and a large dresser.
