The kitchen comes equipped with two fridges, microwave, range and indoor laundry. Each room has it's own workspace. Each bedroom has punch code locks to provide security and privacy. Owner provides cleaning of the common areas every two weeks. The neighborhood is close to public transit, which means you won’t be far from all Port Orange has to offer.
