This solid block home offers 1,914 sq ft of living space with six bedrooms, two bathrooms, high ceilings, large closets, and an abundance of natural light. Walk to the Audubon-Pennington Nature Park (10) houses down the street. The house is 5 min drive to the grocery store and Wal-Mart. There is an elementary school walking distance perfect for any teachers. As well as a hospital 5-minutes away perfect for any healthcare workers.
