Homey Lakeland Bungalow is waiting for you! This PadSplit has been newly renovated, with modern rooms and bathrooms. It is a 3 min walk to a bus stop, and 4 mins drive to Downtown. The property has ample parking space. Rooms come equipped with high speed WiFi, mini fridge, TV, full length mirror, desk, chair, nightstand, closet and a wardrobe (yes, extra storage!) The kitchen comes equipped with a fridge, dishwasher, oven, stovetop, as well as basic cookware. There is also a washer/dryer in the home. The neighbourhood is quiet, but close to downtown, which means you won’t be far from all Lakeland has to offer.
