IMPORTANT: This apartment is VERY SPACIOUS and unlike what you will find at other padsplit units. Please remember you can not bring unauthorized guests to stay We cater to respectful, drug-free, drama-free, working professionals who want to live in a well maintained unit in a SAFE neighborhood Room 1: King bed with private en-suite bath, TV, ceiling fan, dresser, night stand, walk-in closet, work station Room 2: Queen bed with hallway bath, TV, ceiling fan, dresser, night stand, closet, work station Plenty of kitchen and fridge space. Shared living room and dining area. In-unit washer and dryer Please note: this is an apartment building so you will need to take your lease to the post office in order for them to give you a key to the mailbox.
