Welcome to our cozy retreat in the small town with a big heart, Parker, CO. Our safe & spacious walkout basement offers added privacy with a separate entrance to the unit, and provides all the comforts of a home including full kitchen, in-unit washer/dryer, and 2 bedrooms with 1 bathroom. We are only a 10-minute drive to Downtown Parker and I-25. Various restaurants, grocery stores, parks, hikes, etc. are only a few minutes drive away.
