Beautiful and newly renovated, this is the perfect place to call home. Toilet paper, paper towels, laundry soap and new bed sheets are provided to each resident. Each bedroom is equipped with a smart TV, desk, and a personal mini-fridge. The kitchen includes new stainless steel appliances: one full-size fridge, a sink, oven, and stovetop, making it the perfect spot to enjoy a meal. There is also a brand-new washer/dryer set, a new AC unit, and 1GB internet. Weekly house cleaning is included. The neighborhood is near grocery stores and shopping centers, and you won’t be far from all that Midtown Phoenix has to offer.
