I live in a 3-bedroom, 2-bath home of 50 years. I rent out one bedroom and bath, keeping my room and bath private and sharing the rest of the house with my guest. I love to work in the yard, and usually have a "project" going. I stay active and love to visit friends and family. I hope to make my guest feel "at home". They are expected to keep the house neat and their rooms clean, being courteous to anyone in the home. The kitchen is the focus of the house and is well equipped for cooking.
