Hello! My name is Jarrod and I have multiple homes on and off Padsplit. I am very active with the properties and responsive to requests. My goal is to provide clean, safe houses to responsible adults. I run the temps at 72 degrees, address any maintenance issues as soon as possible and often times replace things instead of fixing to reduce hassle for the future.
