Hello! My name is Jarrod and I have multiple homes in the area. I am very active with the properties and responsive to requests. My goal is to provide clean, safe houses to responsible adults. I do things a bit different than other hosts, such as run the temp down to low 70's in the summer, address any maintenance issues as soon as possible and often times replace things instead of fixing them for quicker turn around and less hassle moving forward.
