Hey I'm Nicolai! As a native of Atlanta (born and raised in Decatur) and a local builder, I am proud to be building and managing several Padsplit houses around Atlanta. With the help of my co-manager Annemarie, our goal is for our homes to be a peaceful sanctuary for our residents to live and accomplish their personal and professional goals.
