We live in Florida, and want members to have a good experience so we directly manage our property. We like the flexibility that Padsplit offers, and we work to provide a safe, secure, reasonable priced place for you to live. Our goal is to look for "value added" things (Smart TVs and cleaning) for our Padsplit members and we take your comments seriously. We look forward to your stay with us and hope you enjoy it and that we meet or exceed your needs. Best regards John and Monika
