Hi, I’m Elliot, your PadSplit host. I provide clean, comfortable, and well-maintained homes where residents can enjoy a safe, peaceful environment. I value responsible, dependable, and respectful residents who take pride in their living space and are considerate of housemates. My goal is to provide a stable home that allows working residents to focus on their goals while enjoying a positive living experience.
