Hey there, I'm Vlad, a local real estate investor originally from Romania and currently living in St Pete. I've been a bartender for 15 years, an Airbnb and long term rental operator for 5 and now getting into Padsplit so I've been doing hospitality pretty much my entire life. I try to give my tenants and guests the best possible stays at my homes and make sure any issues are quickly fixed.
