Georgia-based entrepreneur, Army officer, and real estate investor focused on creating clean, comfortable, and well-designed furnished housing. I enjoy fitness, travel, good food, and meeting people from different backgrounds. My goal with every PadSplit is to create a respectful, drama-free environment that feels safe, professional, and genuinely comfortable to live in — not just another crowded rental house.
