Hi, I'm Jonathan! I lead Housing Us, a mission-driven company making quality housing attainable in the greater Philadelphia area and beyond. We renovate older homes to modern standards and manage them with a responsive, professional team. We strive to handle repairs and questions with fast follow-through. In our PadSplits, we hope that mutual respect will help build community and connection: clean shared spaces, good neighbors, and homes that are cared for. We look forward to welcoming you!
