Hi, I’m Rubi. After years of residence in Gladstone, I recently joined PadSplit to help tackle the housing crisis in Gladstone MO. I believe everyone deserves a safe, clean, and respectful place to call home. My property is managed with a resident first mindset prioritizing fast maintenance and clear communication to ensure a harmonious environment for all PadMates.
