What do I do if a member comes to me with an issue?

Members have several avenues for support when they need to communicate with PadSplit. They are able to call our main support line, email us directly and submit maintenance tickets. If your presence (or that of your maintenance team) is required at the home and a member approaches you regarding any of the examples below we ask that you direct them to Member Support so that we can troubleshoot those issues for you. They can call us at 770-373-7863 or email us at support@padsplit.com. 

 Examples Include:

  • Troubleshooting member-to-member relationships
  • Cleanliness issues in the home
  • Payments, late payments and collections
  • Emergencies that require police or ambulance services
